5. Orders and Availability

If an item is unavailable or we identify a material pricing or product-description error, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different item or materially change your order without your consent.
If we cannot fulfill an order on the agreed terms, we will cancel the affected portion and refund the corresponding payment, applicable taxes, and associated shipping charges.
6. Shipping and Order Changes
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery areas, shipping charges, processing times, carrier information, and estimated transit times.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Ordinary cancellations are available before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment has started, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible. Eligible products may still be returned after delivery under our Refund Policy.
These ordinary cancellation limits do not affect rights arising from delayed shipment, unavailable products, or applicable consumer law.
We do not charge a cancellation fee. Refunds for canceled unshipped orders are initiated within 5 business days, or sooner if required by law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains the return-request window, item-condition requirements, return procedure, shipping responsibilities, and refund processing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Nothing in these Terms or our other policies excludes rights or remedies required by law for damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to browse products, place orders, and complete checkout.
